Eligibility for Exchange

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges are only accepted for size issues or manufacturing faults.

Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer support at info@sahibzadi.com or WhatsApp +92 312 8444457 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, you will receive instructions to send the product back to our warehouse.

After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 5–7 working days.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

In case of size unavailability, store credit will be issued.

We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
We ensure each outfit is made with care and inspected before dispatch, but if you face any issue, our team will make it right.
